LOST CREEK CACHE Traditional Geocache
Team Sidewinder: I'm unable to to maintain my caches due to my age. It seems that some of my caches need maintenance and some moved from their original hiding location.

This area is a great place to spend the day as there is a lot to explore. Mountain goats and Mountain sheep are often seen on the trip into the area so keep your binoculars handy. Update: It's been quite a few years since this cache was placed. But over time the mountain goats have vanished and I haven't seen mountain sheep for years either. Both species are known to have epidemics of disease wipe out total populations. Really sad.
The creek is LOST but you won't be. This cache is a ammo box with the geocaching.com sticker on one side. It is placed under a cedar tree upslope at ground level. It contains the usual log book, pencil, sharpener and the geocaching.com instructions, Anaconda copper key ring, geocaching.com compass key ring, cool angel pin and handy socket set. Sometimes poor satellite coverage will be encountered on the way to the cache but is normal at the cache site. Bring extra clothes as foul weather cannot be seen moving into the area due to limited view of the sky and a clear, sunny day can turn into a rainy/snowy dash back to the car. Please sign the log and rehide cache.
