A Guaranteed Smiley Traditional Cache

☆☆☆This is a field puzzle☆☆☆( please refer to the attributes on the cache page) ....which means..When you find the cache you still have to get to,and sign the log. The cache is accessible by wheelchair. You do not have to go inside the building to find this cache. The cache contains a log book a log container a pencil and lots of locally made trade items. If you do not sign the log book and date it please do not claim this as a find. Please be extra careful if caching with children as it is near the street. This cache was made as a sort of copy of one of WVtims caches.  <br/>  As with most of my caches this one takes you to a place in Upshur County most of us pass by every day.  The building near the cache has been here for around 100 years. <br/>The cache is attached to the free give and take library  setting in front of the building. Again you do not need to go inside the building to find the cache. The give and take book library was donated to the community by Mike and Susan Aloi. I also want to thank the Daniel for helping us to further geocaching in the community.
