Since the closure of the railway in 1969 this area has been slowly reclaimed by nature. A wildlife haven slicing though the growing town. This section is mainly woodland habitat, great for birds, small mammals and insects. The openness of the cemetery next to the embankment provides a great foraging area.
The main path is also a part of the national cycle route scheme. National Route 41 is a long distance route that when complete will connect Bristol, Gloucester, Stratford-upon-Avon and Rugby.
This cache has been placed with the kind permission of Rugby Borough Council.
Congratulations to Ordos for the FTF.
