Having recently been threatened with a period requiring occupancy of a wheelchair (which, happily, has proved unnecessary), I decided to create a number of wheelchair accessible caches making this #8 in the Handicapped Challenge Series. These will, of course, continue to be puzzles simply because limits on mobility do not mean limits on intelligence. Happy caching.
