Geocache Description:

(Maybe not so) easy cache near the water in Bar Harbor. Park near Bridge street.

From the hiding place you can walk over to Bar Island at low tide.

The cache initially contained a logbook, a pen from Austria, a 1-Euro-coin (Germany), a towelette and a key ring from Jordan Pond House.

5 June 2011: Thanks on behalf of ourselves and future BIT-GCers to Anniebananie for replacing BIT! Nice to see it back on track!

30 July 2011: Log is wet according to several GCers comments. As I am not going to visit BIT any time soon, could one of the next GCers kindly supply one - a simple sheet of paper will do. Thank you so much on behalf of ourselves and future BIT-Cachers. Congrats to Spedione for #700!

9 June 2013: Thanks to 3Emmerts for adopting the cache and providing maintenance for BIT. Happy caching!
