You can park within a foot of the cache, this is very close to private property, but there is no need to leave the sidewalk.
You will need to bring 67.6 Fl oz of water to complete your task. The only thing here is a log sheet and a pencil. Please be sure and place the cache back RIGHT-SIDE UP. Also please do not give any hints in your log or it will be DELETED. Good luck and have fun. Difficulty of 3 due to, urban location and high alien visibility.
