This is another cache in the Experience Tioga County NY GeoTour. Spend some time to experience the charm that Tioga County has to offer. Enjoy visiting different sites throughout the county with geocaches hidden from edge to edge. As you find each cache and discover new places, gather the codes to assemble and create the final phrase. Submit this to Tioga County Tourism to receive the prize for the tour completion.

This is a 2 stage multi in downtown Waverly. At the first stage you are looking for a QR code that has the coordinates that will lead you to the final.
As is typical with in-town caching exercise stealth and assume people you see around are likely muggles. You are looking for a small lock-n-lock container with a write in the rain type of log book and a pencil. There is room for swag and trackables.
