Torslandavallen, Torslandahallen och Torslanda tennishall är Torslandas stora idrottscentrum. Här finns förutom inomhushall för handboll, tennis och badminton också stora ytor för fotboll. Vid Torslandavallen finns dessutom en 400 meters asfaltbana och en elbelyst motionsslinga på 2,5 kilometer. I motionscentralen kan man byta om och duscha. Motionsslingan är flitigt använd och kan nås från flera håll. Senaste stormen i nov. 2013 gick på sina ställen hårt åt skogen vilket kan studeras vid platsen för gömman.
