g.V.A.R?T. Moving Cache Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

BlueRajah: Archiving the cache as it has been abandoned by an inactive owner some time ago. Cache owners of moving caches are required to keep the cache page updated with the coordinates, and maintain them. The cache owner has not responded in the last two months, been inactive for two years, and is not contactable via the website.
This has nothing to do with the cache movers, but the cache owner.

Geocache Description:

Greater Vernal Area Rapid? Transit moving cache is a magnetic card for finding and rehiding in the Vernal, Utah area. The coords at the top of the page are just the center of its range. Be sure to read the latest logs to see its current location/status.

g.V.A.R?T. is finally back!

I'm an alien to the area and have so enjoyed the caches around here that I decided to leave something fun for all the Vernal geocachers. Speaking of the caches I've found, you won't see my name in any of the area cache logs. Thats because I found them using other life forms more suitable for that.

The g.V.A.R?T. (pronounced gah vart) cache has no container. No log. No pencil. Its just a magnetic card about 2.5 x 4.5 inches. You'll most likely know it when you see it.

Log your find and then rehide it on another iron-based object in a public area. Do not log this as a find unless you are prepared to relocate it.

After rehiding, edit your find log to include the coordinates, and a clue, for the new spot. I'll update the coordinates to the top of the page.

You may find this cache more than once. In fact, given the wintery state of things at the time of my placement, this might provide geocachecabinfever relief to you all for a while.

BUT, you can't find it until after TWO OTHER people have found and hid it.

AND, the cache must stay in the Vernal, Utah area - no more than 10 miles from the center of that town. Cachers from outside the Vernal area are VERY WELCOME to participate. Please just don't take it away.

HINTS & DIFFICULTY - When you log the new hiding spot, be sure to give a little hint, and state the new difficulty and terrain ratings. You can encrypt your hint in your log. The latest hint is encrypted below.

SOMETHING NEW - I just got myself my very own GeoToken and will occassionally sneak out to the g.V.A.R?T and put one with it if I have the time. So be on the lookout for them when you look for this cache.
