Geocache Description:

A very challenging cache hidden in a small public park!

This one is going to be very difficult for the average cacher. You might not find it at all. But if you do, you'll be well rewarded, as this cache is quite looty. The park officials have requested that people do not climb up under the gazebo. This cache uses a special technique to bring the cache to you, though no tool is required. Please bring your own pen. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THIS CACHE BE RESET EXACTLY AS IT IS FOUND. Otherwise muggles would find it quite easily! Also, it is likely not in your best interests to attempt this cache after dark. The local law enforcement in this area are known for being very active, so caching at night here is likely not a good idea. Try to avoid adding paper objects to this cache as they might get wet.
