This cache is located on a walk way and parking is available on both sides. There is no need to hop any fences and it is obtainable from the walk way. There is a unactivated "Geocoin - Deaf Awareness" for the FTF this is a big beautiful blue coin and i want you to have it. Try to help those who are impaired. Sorry i forgot to bring a pen so you have to bring your own.
