We will have a geocaching guest (Pitty Pat) and her husband in town for a few days so I thought it would be great to show her some love with a Meet and Greet Event in her honor. Pat has been doing some bucket list travelling this year while she is healthy and able to complete several challenges as well as must do caches combined with sightseeing this country. She will be here from Friday 7/13 until Monday morning when they head out again.
Please log a will attend so we can get a good count for attendance.
It will be Sunday July 15 from 5-7:30 PM at the coordinates listed (aka Bandanas Bar B Que). Although it is not required to order anything, I am sure you will enjoy their food and hospitality. Everyone will be able to order off the menu.
Please help us welcome Pitty Pat to our area and share with her any geocaching stories. We last saw her at GWS in Asheville, NC. She will share with you the ins and out of geocaching in her state of Georgia if you need any info there. They have been campground hosts for several years in their neck of the woods.
There should also be some new caches released in the area for this event to give her and all area cachers something to do during the daylight hours! A few will be gadget caches.
