This is one of a series of micro-caches hidden in Basingstoke town centre that we have called “Basingstoke by Stealth”.
You can find the caches individually or all on the same day – it doesn’t matter what order you find them in, although they do give you a nice circular route around the town centre taking you to some of the hidden treasures of our lovely town! You will only need to need to cross one minor lane to complete the circuit, but please take care as some others are close to roadways.
You can park in any of the town centre car parks (some are free on Sundays and after 7pm) and free parking is available at Eastrop Park (N 51 15.970 W 001 04.634).
You will need to use stealth to find all the caches – they are all hidden in very public places and you could be watched!
On with the cache:
You are looking for a micro-cache in a very modern area of town. This is probably the most challenging of the "Basingstoke by Stealth" series..... It's a bit different - we challenge you to come and find it!
Please take a pencil with you as there was not room for one in the cache. Thank you.
