This is the first in a series of caches I have planned that are named for the titles of Nancy Drew books. I loved those books as a kid, and the titles always sounded so intriguing!
This cache is not hard to find, but finding the way down to it might be! Right now the river is too high for most off-road vehicles to get out on the sand bars, although that would be an option during the spring and fall. There are two access points I know of that work right now.....and I'm not going to describe them! That's for you to figure out. One, I think, you can run a 4-wheeler on. The other is the reason for the name of this cache, and is absolutely a footpath only. Both are about a mile to the cache, once you find your way to the river flat. Have fun, and please don't ruin the fun for anyone else by describing your route down in too much detail!
