Krissie's Cache Traditional Cache
Cache Sleuth: After seeing the recent log about this cache being missing (again!), I have decided to just take it down. Thanks to all those who have taken the hike and made the find during the 14+ years the cache has been active. This is a nice trail for cache hides, so maybe someone else will take advantage of the location and put something out for others to find.

Krissie, the cache dog, has gotten bored with just providing muggle lookout on our geocaching adventures so we decided to let her in on the fun by helping her hide her own cache. It is located somewhere along the Summersville/Muddlety Bike-Hike trail in Summersville, WV.
Your hunt will begin at the southern trailhead of the Summersville/Muddlety Bike-Hike trail. To find it, from U.S. Route 19, go east on WV Route 39. If travelling north, this is a right-hand turn; if going south, turn left. About 200 yards after turning onto Route 39, you will see the large trail sign and parking area on the left. After walking a short distance and crossing two bridges, you will come to a place where the trail splits. The upper path is the way you want to go. Just follow your GPS unit from there.
Cache is in a 1-liter size Lock & Lock container. Initial contents are: 1963-D silver Franklin Half Dollar coin in holder, sewing kit, magnet, Bug Alert auto insect repeller, plastic kitchen scraper, pencil sharpener, fat pen, light sticks, mini address book, pig key ring, hand therapy lotion, and log book with pen & pencil.
