At the very end of Snodgrass Road, Sally's Seat provides a beautiful view of the harbour. But the real 'Treasure' is down the over-grown steps that lead to a secluded beach.
Almost at the bottom of the steps, you will find a grassy landing with a retaining wall on your right. Where the retaining wall and the hand-rail meet you will find a thirsty pirate at waist-height. If you give him a drink, he will reveal where his treasure lies. NZFlossy was First to Find the pirate a drink, although he swears he is still thirsty. AAARRGH!!
