Geocache Description:

This traditional cache uses a waterproof Rubbermaid jar that is 7 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter. It is painted to help camouflage it. You will have to hike to this one!

You can find this cache without bushwhacking, without any steep grades, and without climbing any fences or locked gates. Dogs are allowed in the area. The following parking lot (N33° 57.431, W117° 59.184) is suggested. It is best to use the trails to get to this cache. Bushwhacking in any season leads to greater erosion and mudslides when it rains hard!

There is a [well-used (new one placed June 018)] logbook inside.

This cache was part of the Jedi Series with a clue for a puzzle cache. No longer. Now this is a stand-alone cache, but one of the older ones you'll find!

The Jedi Order harkens back to olden times when the Knighthood was a required instrument for peace and justice. Jedi knights, however, did not simply appear when needed. A young pupil would be groomed, trained, and prepared for a role as a servant of peace and justice. Those who have decided upon a quest for this cache are on the path to develop their geo-sense to a higher level. The training that you have undergone speaks to your ability to exercise the Force. Use it for knowledge and defense; never for attack.

** Whether or not you find a cache, take heart because the most important part of the Jedi journey is what you learn along the way. **
