We keep missing events so thought we would organise one! Andy_UK63
has been a great help in planning this and any other suggestion
would be more than welcome. We will meet at The Bell Pub in Castle
Hedingham, hopefully in the garden if the weather is fine or inside
if it isn't!
Some of us enjoying the sunshine.
We will meet at 2 pm and sign the log book. Then at 2.30pm we will
have a group photo. There will be the chance to swap coins and TB's
and generally have a chat and a drink and put some faces to names.
It is suitable for dogs, (although I am not sure if they are
allowed inside the pub) and children are welcome. There will
probably be live music in another part of the pub that afternoon.
There is also a good selection of food available and I can
recommend the local cider! Please could you let me know if you are
hoping to come so that I can get an idea of numbers and plan
accordingly. There are now around a dozen caches in and around the
village which could be sought before or after the event. Any new
additions in time for the event would be even better. I am planning
this as I go along so any ideas or suggestions would be wonderful!
############Special Update################## Andy is planning a
short series of caches to complement this event. The caches will
not be published until after the meeting has finished but
print-outs of the cache listings WILL BE AVAILABLE for attendees of
the event. So get a special early chance and maybe a FTF!
