You can approach this cache from several directions. The best way is from the south, which affords some pretty great views.
The area immediately to the south and east of here has had about 1,500 new houses built just in the last 5 years, and is one of Melbourne's "new frontiers".
This cache contains the co-ordinates for its companion cache, Population Growth #2: Exponential Growth. It is within walking distance, and to combine the two and explore the area a bit should be a leisurely hour return walk.
