Everything I say in this log is true. There is a red logbook inside the cache that has specific instructions you must folow when logging online.
Many folks gathered the night this cache was filled, contents after bug and coins were given forth for this grand placement, a young boy was even lucky enought to win a prize bear from one of the vending machines at the resteraunt and was then even grascious enough to place it in the cache as well....

I coordinated the placement of oregon saga's first hide and felt compelled to do something different....
you may need some extreme gear to locate this cache after you figure out the puzzle that is..
i personally was able to place the cache using hipwaders to protect from the cold water but other times of the year you may need a boat and possibly some climbing or repelling gear for others...
i wouldn't suggest ladders though as the ground is rather unstable most of the year...
you will also want to study up on the proper way of unlocking a standard combination lock...
if you choose to go for this cache at night please bring night vision goggles as a flashlight will not work in this "dead" zone...
matter of fact your GPS may even give you 38R possible locations, it took me awhile but 20L times later i was able to get accurate coords that put you within 38R feet of the cache...and WOW was i impressed with this placement...
