Delta Butter Traditional Cache
SnoWake: Archiving this cache after an eventful history, but one that only resulted in three finds. I had intended to get back out there and replace it after I learned it went missing (AGAIN) - but that never happened, and now boating season is ramping down (for me, anyway). I'll have to come up with something MUCH better.

Centrally located between Discovery Bay, Orwood, Railroad, Twin Sloughs, and not far from ski beach, Victoria and Union Point.
This placement not only marks my first boat-in Delta cache, but also represents a "Fill In the Blanks" locationless, by being the first cache in the Woodward Island Quad Map.
This area is the hub of the Delta watersports scene - on a typical day, the nearby sloughs will be full of boats pulling wakeboarders, water skiers, wakeskaters, tubers...
which is exactly why I don't ride down here too much! ;-)
Pull up and make the easy grab - tide and boat size will effect the reach, but I believe it will stay dry and be accesible at all times. The 5 terrain rating is based on the "special equipment" requirement for a boat - although roads do lead to very near the cache, the ferry to Woodward Island is for private use only. An EASY find from the water...
