LeftyLeo: ARCHIVE -- It is time .. It has been over 8yrs ! not bad for my 1st cache placement. There are trees down, and evidence of where a lot of water ran down from the hill above to the brook. I searched the debris near GZ and down towards the stream but even I could not locate the cache or its remnants.

Geocache Description:

The cache is a lock n lock off a trail in a not too well-known Ridgewood park. It's my first hide and thought this might be a good place to start.

It is a good trail for a light hike of about 1mile each way total from the lower pond end up to the A&P. I have even seen mountain bikes going through there. Trail is subject to runoff and could be a little muddy at times.

The two terrain depends on your entry point into the park.

Do not go through any fencing or gates onto any private property. Please stay only within the park. Also, no need to go near tracks or near the water. And as always please - no spoilers in your logs.
