Hangonniemi oli toisen maailmansodan aikana Neuvostovallan hallussa ja sitä vartioitiin tarkasti myös Suomen puolelta. Puolustuslinjasta on bunkkereita jäljellä monessa eripaikassa ja Bredvikin bunkkeriin on piiloitettu kätkö. Parkeeraathan auton niin, ettei se häiritse kesämökeille ajoa. Lue lisää Hangon Rintamasta. The peninsula of Hankoniemi was rented out to the Soviet’s during WW2 and it was carefully monitored from the Finnish side on the Hanko front. There are several bunkers in many places and a cache is hidden in the Bredvik bunker. Please park so that you do not disturb access to the cottages. Read more about the Hanko Front at (visit link)
