Angebracht wurden die mehrschichtigen Aluminium-Verbundplatten Alucobond spectra colours. Das Sandwich-Element ist mit einer besonderen Oberfläche vergütet, basierend auf einem ähnlichen System wie die Flip-Flop-Lacke in der Automobilindustrie, mit denen man unterschiedliche, irisierende Farbtöne erzeugen kann. Je nach Pigmentart und Betrachtungswinkel werden verschiedene Wellenlängen des Lichtes auf den Betrachter reflektiert. Dadurch entstehen die wechselnden Farbverläufe.
