EVENT SCHEDULE In case you're attending several events on March 5, here's the schedule for the Lincoln Great TB March (from March to March) launch event at the DaVincis, party room. **Please note that because of differences between venues, this is NOT the schedule for the Omaha n event. 11:00 am: Doors open ** You may want to come around 11:00 IF... ...your racers needs some attention, such as a photo taken, or if you'll need to log in to your geocaching.com account and drop it into the event. There will be a laptop computer online and available for you to use. ...you have some non-racing TBs to share discovery of, pathtags to trade, geocoin collections to show-off, or otherwise like spending leisure time with other geocachers. 11:45 am: Door prizes ** You may want to come around 11:30 IF... ...your racers are all ready to go: they're activated, dropped into the event ahead of time, you've taken photos and uploaded them as the default image. We'll have race hangtags available if that's the only final step you need, or if you've already taken care of that, that's great! ...you'd like the opportunity to win a cool door prize. We'll start the drawing for door prizes around 11:45. 12:20 pm: Photos at the starting line We'll make our way to the starting line (outdoors, weather permitting), take some starting line photos, and countdown to launch time. Then those who have pledged to give the racers a good first starting log (as per the rules) will do their duty. We have the party room until 12:30 p.m. **PLEASE NOTE YOU MAY LAUNCH YOUR OWN TB IF IT IS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE EVENT AND WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS OF THE LAUNCH or YOU MAY LET ANOTHER CACHER GRAB YOUR TB FROM THE EVENT AND TAKE TO A CACHE WITH THE SAME GUIDELINES** Thanks for your interest in the race, and we look forward to seeing you and/or your entries!
