Geocache Description:

This cache completes Utah's corners, now all have a cache. The monument is located at 40 59.874N 111 02.810 W Elevation 7151. From I-80 North Bound take the 162 Coalville exit, go East to Main street 0.2 Mi. Turn left heading North 0.6 Mi. Turn right on Chalk Creek Road, drive 23.2 Mi., take right fork in road 0.3 Mi. You will see State monument on the left at a 90 degree turn in the road.

The cache is located at the North East corner of the fenced off Monument area and is an ammo box. Inside is a camera to take your picture at the Mon and replace in the cache, a Log book, Pen, A Winning Michigan Lottery Ticket, A safty Whistle, and Toe Warmers. There is a detailed history plaque at the base of the Mon. that is well worth the read. The monument was placed in 1873 and is rather easy to get to. The drive up Chalk Creek Road is pleasant and full of wildlife. This site is 2 wheel drive accecable. In the winter months I suggest a shovel as the area recieves alot of snow.
