This surgery requires a writing instrument so bring your own. Take care not to reveal your surgical technique to those nearby. Brain surgeons do not need to climb corporate ladders to reach their goal. Surgeons should not practice their art after sundown. Finally, surgeons do not operate in the middle of the street.
