Just a short walk from either of Suma's train stations.
On the way there, there is a fresh water spirng where you can fill water bottles for free N 34 83.881 E 135 06.842.
This area could have a high muggle factor on the weekends and they have a second hand market on the street on the 1st Sunday of every month.
There is also a beach in the opposit direction if you want to go swimming or such.
To find the cache look in the green area next to a small fountain/spring and....
