Geocache Description:

It's my birthday and I want to go kayaking! & as life-long litter picker-upper I have decided to host a Clinton River CITO. The CITO will start at Yates Park and continue while kayaking the Clinton River. I will bring bags but if you have a net bag or something else that would work better on the water, please bring it. Non-kayakers are welcome to CITO the park but should note we won't be staying there long.

The CITO will kick off at 9am and end when the kayak adventure ends. CITO events need an end time so the 'official' end time will be 11am. Hopefully everyone will continue to CITO as the kayaking continues.

There MAY be a $5 fee to park at Yates park - where we will be starting to kayak. This is only IF the attendant is working which I'm told isn't often this time of year by the city worker I talked to. If anyone parks here before the attendant is on duty, all is well. & remember, we want a GREAT MAJORITY of the vehicles to be parked at Heritage Park where we will exit the river.
