Georgia Traveler #4 - First Names Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Creekwader: After a recent DNF I went by to check on this one and the hiding host is no longer there. I was able to find the container but the hiding spot wouldn't survive the next time a mower comes through. It had a good run. Maybe there will be a version 2 of this puzzle. We'll see.

Geocache Description:

The cache is not hidden at the posted coordinates.

I am privileged to have been born in the great state of Georgia, and to have lived here all of my life with the exception of three years in another state.  Since I’ve become a geocacher, I have traveled all over this great state, discovering many interesting and fascinating places along the way.  In that process, a Georgia road map (along with my gps) became a valuable resource as I journeyed around the state.  I discovered that the road map had many tidbits of information that captivated a strange mind such as my own.   Now you have the opportunity to learn some of this trivial material too.

In order to find this cache, you will have to solve this puzzle that will reveal the coordinates.  The clues refer to a location that has a connection to Georgia.  You must then determine what to do from there.
