I don't believe this cache really warrants a Terrain=5 rating, but since it does require a boat or the ability to walk on water, the recommendation is 5. I would think a Terrain=2 would be sufficient otherwise. It is only a few hundred feet on terra firma with a slight climb on rocky/bushy terrain if you approach from the easiest direction.
