The lowly guardrail cache, you have found lots of these, maybe even hundreds or thousands. Most are easy park and grabs. Yep, we love those guardrail caches. But how many or how few have you found that have the word guard in the title? You might be surprised...we were. Out of all the caches we have found, and a great many of our numbers come from guardrail caches, we found few that actually contained the word.
The cache is at the posted coordinates but you must meet the qualifications to log the cache. You must have found thirteen (13) or more caches with the word guard in the title. You may count any form of the word guard. Guard, Guarding, Guarded, Guardrail, etc. You may not use abbreviations as one of the finds, it has to be the entire word, guard. You may use this cache as one of your finds.
You must prove your qualifications with a list in your log, a bookmark or an by email to the cache owner. Logs not providing proof of qualifications will be deleted.
Don’t be frightened by our guard dog that is guarding the cache. He’s a friendly little fellow. No Honeybadger here, just a little ole wiener dog.
We haven’t been able to come up with a name for our little doggie, any suggestions?
There is a Pathtag and a slightly used Dollar bill for the FTF! BYOP and as always, practice CITO as you go.
Congratulations to The Ratts for the FTF! Hope you enjoyed our little challenge.
