This is the first of what we hope might become a series of regular events in Milton Keynes. There are loads of cachers in MK and we thought it might be good to start our own series. The Bucks Beds and Herts (BBH), Northants Natters and Bicester and District (BAD) events often come close to MK, but often they are a very long way away, especially for a school night! We don't want to compete with those events or stop people going to them: we hope that there is room for a bi-monthly series in MK without adverse effects on their attendance.
ALL geocachers are welcome, especially those who haven't been to an event before. Please come along and say hello, put some faces to the names you've seen in logs, exchange trackables and caching stories, and maybe get a hint or two for those caches you're struggling with!
The inaugural event will take place at the Ship Ashore pub in Willen.

As things stand we will be in the room at the southern end of the pub. Turn right as you enter the pub and continue to the end.
To keep you entertained, there will be a couple of new caches published on the night and there will also be a quiz for you to have a go at, with a very exciting prize!
Food is available until 10pm. There is no need to pre-order. Children are welcome so long as they are eating.
So that we can give estimated numbers to the pub, please log a "Will Attend" if you're going to come along, including the number of people in your party and whether or not you will be eating.
