Geocache Description:

A specially designed cache hidden Arizona Style.

Cache is 0.2 miles from the Cypress trail near Payson, AZ. A good hike for families (children over 7), but requires some "bushwacking:" is not for those with bad knees.

This a family cache, placed for those who love reading. We have placed multiple paperback books covering various subjects for ages 3 to adult. Visitors can take any book they want, and leave another if desired (smaller paperbacks enclosed in ziplock bags are recommended). If you take a travel bug, please leave one in it's place.

The cache is slightly South of the Cypress Trail, part of the Payson Area Trails Systems. Easiest access is from the east end of Phoenix Street in Payson (0.6 miles); alternately, can be accessed via Granite Dells Road (1.7 miles). The cache is subject to Mogollon Shift.
