***Change of plans alert for the GIFF event tomorrow night! See below!***

***I've had some difficulty getting the equipment set up at the posted location, so to make sure things so smoothly we're going to MOVE THE EVENT to the Penn State Altoona campus (N 40° 32.446' W 078° 24.440'). Please don't show up earlier than 6:30 pm. You'll want to park in the Misciagna lot, which is near the posted coordinates. There is normally a gate protecting the space, but it should be open on the weekend. The event will take place in Hawthorn Building, Room 150. Hawthorn is near the parking lot, though not the nearest building. If your GPS is working you should be fine. If any questions, please call or text: 814-515-0793.***

Bring your snacks and drinks! It's movie night, geocaching-style!

For the last several years Groundspeak has invited geocachers to make and submit creative, short films about geocaching (submission video). Tonight's event is a very rare opportunity to view the films of the 16 finalists from this year's Geocaching International Film Festival (GIFF).

We'll meet at the posted coordinates from 7:00-8:30 pm on Saturday, November 4. Please be on-time, so we can start the film promptly. Bring your own drink as well as a snack to share!
