You're looking for an ammo can. The terrain is 1.5 because it isn't wheelchair friendly.
This cache location was once visited by many, but in recent years the visitors have been only a few. The locals here have all passed by, but all were able to make their final stop so say good-bye.
WARNINGS:
The last mile to this cache is a minimum maintenance dirt road. If you don't have 4-wheel drive make sure that there hasn't been any precipitation for a few days.
Do not stop your car on the nearby interstate to find this cache!
