Difficulty is for tree cover. Terrain rating is for length, and some parts of the trail may be slightly wet.
This cache is hidden in the Shawsheen River Reservation. There is parking just beyond what is known as Horn Bridge. You can park in the grass near the boat ramp coordinates for parking are N42 38.824 W071 09.067. The cache is in a small lock-n-lock. This area offers a variety of terrain. From wetlands to meadows to woodlands. The coordinates above will take you to the 1st waypoint where you will find coordinates to the 2nd waypoint. The first waypoint is a camouflage tag attached to a tree trunk about 4 feet off the ground. At the 2nd waypoint ("look for the taller of the two to find the clue") you will have to add the number you find to these coordinates: N 42° 33.267 W 071° 04.449. This will get you to the 3rd waypoint. Here you will find the coordinates to the cache. The trail is well defined and mostly level. There are railroad tracks nearby. They are active so don't go near them. There is no need to leave the trails until you get to the cache and even then it's only 20' from the trail.
