Not many parking lots have their own Wikipedia page, but this one does. It is described as "a scenic turnout in San Mateo County along State Route 35 between Kings Mountain and State Route 84". It's a convenient place to park if you're planning a hike at El Corte Madera Creek Open Space Reserve.
I had a cache here years ago, but it is long gone. I was assuming that someone else would claim the location, but no one has, so here's another. I hope this one will last longer. The hide is totally tubular. Because this lot gets lots of use, please try to be careful not to attact attention from random passers-by. Happy caching.
