Geocache Description:

An homage to GC6470. This is a SMALL cache no travelers larger than a coin please.

In 2002 cache SamDeG placed a cache in this area, and archived it 18 months later after a string of DNF's. The funny thing is... the cache was still in place! 5 years later I placed the final stage for a puzzle cache about 30' away. Unbeknown to me that cache went missing, but for months the logs continued to come in. It wasn't until a very experienced local cacher emailed me that I realized that more than a dozen cachers had logged that old archived cache thinking it was mine. I figure any hide that can last for over 5 years in New York City is a good one, so I am moving the final to my puzzle cache, and placing an homage to the archived cache in its place. Cache contains a Million Dollar Bill, just as the old one did, this is NOT a trade item, please leave it in place.

Terrain can be tricky depending on the approach, be careful in the leaves.
