US Citizen: Just too many damn muggles. A few years ago they built the Floating Market across the street and it didn't get much business. Now there are 15 buses parked up and down Sukhimvit Rd. The past several times I've been by here, there have been buses, taxi's, minivans, you name it... they're all parked right in front of the cache location, which happens to be 1m or so from the street. I think the only time one can realistically retrieve the cache is between 8pm - 7am and that's not good. I will archive this cache and replace at a later date and time in a location that's not as touristy.
