The current use of the land stands in front of you at the GZ, this is the second incarnation of the building. The first version of this historic hotel was demolished in 1982 to make way for the current incarnation of this hotel which stands before you now.
Now head to the Final coordinates in your Waypoints and use the information from the first stage to open the cache container. Please be kind to the landscaping and return as you found it. The cache "leash" should help you locate it!
