Cousin Al (also known as Allen W Toole) is a not-too-distant cousin of both the local area resident Silas and their eastside cousin known as "Lefty".
As it turns out, their grandfathers were cousins and their families were from nice warm places like the Bahamas.
Silas and Al have their own ideas about how things were to be done on this side of town, but they've both learned a few things here n there about what to do and how to do it.
Fortunately, Silas has been pretty smooth about things and his adversaries have been pretty sedate about his goings-on and other activities. For now, Silas is unable to continue their projects and missions, so Al will pick up where Silas left off.
Hopefully this will not change too much, but one never knows.....
