Les hommes ont tout inventé ou
imaginé pour se faire la guerre. Parfois faute de moyen on se
servait de la nature et de quelques plantes pour empoisonner un
puits ou des pointes de flèches.
On considère la première attaque
biologique en 1346 , lorsque l’envahisseur jeta les
corps de ses soldats morts de peste
noire , par-dessus les murs , en vue de
contaminer la ville qu’ils assiégeaient. Aux états unis, en
1763, la tribu indienne Delaware fut exterminée
par des couvertures infestées de petite vérole. Mais plus récemment
c est le bacille du charbon qui fut mis a l’honneur via
l’ envoi de lettres contaminées , fin
2001 aux états unis . Le
bioterrorisme est né !
Dans notre pays une première alerte a
été déclenchée suite à une contamination aux salmonelles dans les
eaux du barrage de Esch sur Sûre.
L’enquête n’ a rien donné.
La seconde alerte qui nous concerne ,
remonte à la visite officielle de Vladimir Poutine à Luxembourg le
24 mai 2007. Une tentative d’attentat à
l’arme biologique a été déjouée de justesse par les services
secrets russes et a conduit à l’arrestation de 3 terroristes.
Leurs intentions « supposées » étaient de propager un
spore de champignon mortel en visant Poutine et la ville de
Luxembourg. Cependant de nombreuses
questions subsistent… Pour mener à bien une telle opération,
il faut un laboratoire , des munitions spéciales et surtout des
champignons toxiques !!
Les enquêteurs russes ayant quittés
le pays , la police luxembourgeoise classa très vite cette affaire
et c’est suite a un rapport alarmant du CHL que
l’enquête fut réouverte. Des personnes de la région de
Kopstal furent admises aux soins
intensifs dans un état critique suite à
une contamination par un spore de champignon inconnu !
L’urgence nous oblige à faire appel à toute aide
extérieure pour éviter une propagation
du champignon à travers le pays , voire au-dela des
frontières !

biologischen Angriff im Jahre 1346, wo die Angreifer die Körper ihrer
toten Pestsoldaten über die Stadtmauern warfen, um die
Stadt, die sie belagerten, zu verseuchen. 1763 wurde der indianische Stamm
Delaware mit pockenverseuchten Decken ausgerottet. Ende 2001
wurden bei Anthrax-Anschlägen in den Vereinigten Staaten Briefe mit
Milzbranderregern an Regierungsstellen und hohe Politiker
verschickt. Der Bioterrorismus war geboren!
In unserem Land wurde ein erster Alarm
infolge einer Verschmutzung durch Salmonellen in den Gewässern des Staudammes von Esch-Sauer
ausgelöst. Die Untersuchung hat nichts ergeben.
Der zweite Alarm, der uns betrifft,
geht auf den 24. Mai 2007, Datum des offiziellen Besuches
von Vladimir Putin zurück. Der Attentatversuch mit biologischen
Waffen konnte mit knapper Not vum russischen Geheimdienst vereitelt
werden .3 Terroristen wurden verhaftet. Ihre Absichten bestanden
darin, tödliche Sporenpilze zu verbreiten. Sie hatten es auf Putin
und die Stadt Luxemburg abgesehen. Jedoch bleiben bis heute
zahlreiche Fragen offen… Um eine solche Operation
erfolgreich durchzuführen, braucht man ein Laboratorium, spezielle
Munition und hauptsächlich giftige Pilze!
Nachdem die russischen
Untersuchungsbeamten das Land verlassen hatten, legte die
luxemburgische Polizei diese Angelegenheit sehr schnell zu den
Akten. Nach einem besorgniserregenden Bericht des CHL's jedoch,
wurde die Untersuchung wiedereröffnet. Personen in der Gegend rund
um Kopstal wurden in einem kritischen Zustand auf die
Intensivstation, mit Verdacht auf Ansteckung eines unbekannten
Pilzes, eingeliefert. Die Dringlichkeit zwingt uns jede
Hilfe von aussen in Anspruch zu nehmen, um eine Ausbreitung des
Pilzes im Land, sowie sogar über die Grenzen hinaus zu
vermeiden.

The Russian investigators have
left the country and the Luxemburgish police have decided to close
the case rapidly. After an alarming report from the CHL, the case
has been reopened and investigations carried out. People from the
region of Kopstal were admitted to the intensive care unit in
critical condition after being contaminated by an unknown fungus
spore! The urgency compels us
to seek assistanceto prevent
the spread of fungus throughout the country, even beyond the
borders!
