Official name is Enmei-jizo(It's mean Long-life Guardian deity of children).
This jizo are enshrined to Kogan-ji Temple.
It is believed that people obtain the divine protection of a sick recovery and the improvement as for it.
This place is doubtful whether it is a 24-hour open space.
