Geocache Description:

You can walk from Vourliotes in the path V1 or V2 for a short hike to this beautiful chapel. Or you can take the same pathes from Platanakia to have a hike to Vourliotes. At the cache you have a nice view to Manolates.

Walking from the Nightingalevalley to Vourliotes, you pass this beautiful chapel not far away from the town Vourliotes.

The saint of this chapel is Agios Spiridonas which is the patron of Korfu. There are many churches and small chapel all over Greece and Cyprus which are sacred to this saint. In Samos the main church is also sacred to Spiridonas.

It's worth to take a look inside.
