Located on a ridge above the Emmett Valley.
From this location you should have a beautiful view of Gem County and the Emmett valley.
In the distance, Squaw Butte rises majestically to 5906 feet tall. Local legend says that when the snow is off the butte, we could start planting down in the valley.
The area is accessible from several dirt roads which are off of Emmett road. You can enter through any of the gates, but you will need to make sure to close the gate behind you when entering or leaving the area.
Cache is a 1/2 gallon thermos hidden along the fenceline.
