Urheilukeskuksessa ja sen lähistöllä pystyy harrastamaan niin kätköilyä, kuin näitä muitakin perinteisiä lajeja kuten: jalkapallo, yleisurheilu ja uinti sekä talvella hiihto ja jääkiekko jne. Rohkeimmat voivat käydä vaikka kokeilemassa, että paljonko siitä 12 minuutin couperista saisikaan tällä hetkellä tulokseksi. Urheilukeskuksen ylläpidosta vastaa Nastolan kunta.

The sport center and in its near by areas you can either spend some time geocaching or doing the more traditional sports like: football, athletics and swimming. In the winter time you can do cross-country skiing or play ice hockey. The bravest ones can try to test that what's the current score in 12 min couper. The sport center is maintained by the municipality of Nastola.
