You should feel safe in this cache location and for good reason you
are right next to a building that houses some of the cities finest.
The street name is a great indication that you are near. There is
no bushwhacking involved however because of the heavy tree coverage
the coordinates are + - 20 feet. The coordinates will not take you
to the cache but to the parking lot near the cache. You will need
to figure out the cipher below for your clue and your coordinates.
