A mellow hike on a maintained trail to a kid friendly and safe spot. Cache is a short bushwack from trail.
Cache is accessed by parking at "Randolph East" parking lot on "Pinkham B" Road just off Rt. 2 in Randolph, NH. Take Howker Ridge Trail up along Bumpus Brook. Hike is approximately 6/10 of a mile with gentle incline. Cache is a 50 cal ammo container with "Geocaching.com" stenciled on outside. The cache contains a pen, pencil, logbook and a whole bunch of goodies for the outdoor enthusiast. This is Little Fisher's first cache. She is anxious to see who will visit the treasure. You will not need to cross the brook or search in dangerous terrain. This is a safe spot for children. ("Little Fisher is 7 years old) This is a beautiful area we visit frequently.
