Geocache Description:

The coordinates are not those for the cache. They are a meaningless location (the middle of a pond) in Carlisle, MA - the town in which the cache is actually hidden.

Just as in GROUND ZERO (GCJ3QV) and others in the GROUND ZERO series, you must find the baseline coordinates for Carlisle, MA. This is a log only cache – you will need to bring a writing instrument. There is parking at a public building nearby. This is a very central location and so discretion is crucial. You should not attempt this during rush hour!

PLEASE note the manner in which the cache is hidden and re-hide it in exactly the same manner. Do not give any additional information about the cache in your log even if encrypted.

Difficulty rating is based on the assumption that you have found one or more of the other GROUND ZERO caches and did not resort to using the hint.

THE CACHE IS NOT HIDDEN IN THE STONE WALL!

Update 6/30/08 I have received a number of emails with ways to get the correct coordinates that I never imagined! However there are also many ways (including the traditional one) to get incorrect ones as well. Use the following checksum to be sure yours are right: The seven digits of the North should add up to 30 and the seven digits of the West should total 26!
